To Define Forms Settings

From the Launchpad, click the
Configuration icon (
).
Configuration options appear.
- Locate the Application group.
- Click Site Settings. The Site Configuration Settings page appears. For example,
- Expand the Forms topic. Available forms settings appear. For example,
- To use form mappings, select Use Form Mappings.
- To include form collections, select Include Form Collections.
- To require permissions, select Require Permissions.
- To require permissions for new instances, select Require Permissions For New Instances.
- To display unapproved forms, select Show Unapproved Forms.
- To allow instance creation if mandatory attributes do not have values, select Allow instance creation if mandatory attributes do not have values.
- To collapse custom forms after a count, enter 0 in the Collapse Custom Forms After Count box (default), otherwise enter 1.

When you are finished, click
Save Changes (
).
